Q37 – Quilt – Rose, Sister Number 3

Afternoon,

The weather forecasters got it right… for once! It has been overcast and raining since we got up this morning. The Rats really didn’t want to go out, but of course the big ole Labs relish anytime a leash is jingled.

Today’s quilt is Rose, Sister Number 3. This is obviously Number 3 in our Sisters Series. You can see Yellow and Pink at Q30 and Q31, respectively.

The dimensions of Rose are: Length – 80” (203 cms); Width – 57” (145 cms). It could be considered a Lap or a Cot quilt. All our quilts are 100% cotton, both fabric and batting. All pictures were taken with a flash. (Thanks Wouter for your book, Famous Interiors.)

Here are some close-ups.

To see previously posted quilts, type any Q# coding in the search box at the upper right-hand on my Blog page; to date Q1 through Q37. There is a visual grid presentation at the bottom of my blog page. Move your cursor over any mini-picture found there and click to see an enlargement. Move your cursor to the "Q#" link to see the quilt's details. If the quilt’s title is highlighted in yellow, it has found a home in a collection and is no longer available.

If you are interested, and would like some more information of the available quilts, regarding costs, shipping, and insurance, please get in touch with me at our Quilts SB Etsy shop.

Stay-tuned for two more additions to our Sisters Series: Blue and Green. Number Q37 on its way.

Enjoy,

Jim and Andy
