Using the similar fabrics that we used in the C&N Quilt, plus some others, (see Q40), we’ve created 21 altered blocks based on the Log Cabin design. The blocks are not necessarily perpendicular or parallel “Log Cabin” squares but loosely based on the design. Check out the Log Cabin Pattern image.
From the 21 altered squares we’re going to try to create two quilts; one with 12 of the blocks and the other with nine. The insert includes some of the blocks that we’ve constructed.
Also something with Google has gone a bit awry; the Search This Blog feature in Quilt SB doesn't seem to work. Hopefully I'll figure out something shortly.
